*Online booking is for follow up appointments based on the time frame you agreed upon with the doctor

*For new concerns the first step is to contact your primary care provider - your family doctor or nurse practitioner. 

*For more urgent concerns (i.e you need an appointment sooner than the preplanned appointment) then contact our office directly to discuss. You may be directed to book an appointment with the pediatrician or to follow up with your primary care provider depending on the type of concern.

If appointments are being inappropriately booked online i.e booking to see the pediatrician for new concerns or not checking in with your primary care team first, then patients will lose access to online booking.
